We have produced floor machine wand for our Nother American client many years. This kind of floor machine wand is often made of stainless steel tube. We will bend the tubes by mandrel bending. Then deburing the tube ends and grind the bending place. Finally we will polish the whole product to make the color unified. Floor machine wand is suitable for vacuum cleaning machine, water (wet) or air (dry) cleaning machine use. It will matched with aluminum casted head.

The 49th China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou) is being on during July 26 ~ July 29, 2022. Today is the first day of the fair. We have produced office partition stand, lab table steel legs and structure for clients before. We do not attned the fair this time.

Since we developed this floor cleaning machine handle for our clients in 2008, time has past 14 years. We still remember we develope this handle at the beginning. Before clients sending this floor cleaning machine handle new project to us, we have developed and produced many other metal parts for their floor cleaning machine and floor scrubber machine already. So it is not the first time for us to do this job for them. When we received this handle drawing,our engineer studied the material,material gauge,production process schedule. We also discuss with the powder coating factory. Though floor cleaning machine is used in water wet enviornment, but the handle is not often touch the water, so client required the handle with powder coating surface treatment is no problem. The horizontal lever bar, made of mild steel tube, is bent slightly at two place upward. This bar will be assembled with PVC handle cover. The U shaped strap is made of laser cutting and welded with formed back plated. In this hollow structure our client will assembled many electronic components, switch, switch level, cable,resistance and capacitor in it. The following picture is taken in the year of 2009. Recently we got lab furniture frame leg structure order from our western european client. We have produced such lab furniture frame for them over ten years. This year the material cost rised much, we updated our product unit price some accordingly and client agreed. But ocean freight cost rised much make client dare not place the order. Recently ocean delivery cost is not so expensive, client decide to place the order at once. The goods will be ready at the beginning of December. Hope the ocean freight cost can keep stable in the following months.
